Simplimmat is the official application of the State to simplify the administrative procedures for individuals who resell or buy back a used vehicle.
The seller and the buyer together make the declaration of transfer, the procedure is completely secure and dematerialized (it is not necessary to complete a paper CERFA).
The buyer can order his new gray card immediately and immediately obtain his provisional registration certificateThe application only supports vehicles registered in the new format (AA-123-AA) and vehicles of type VP, TM, QM, QLEM, CL, CYCL, CTTE, MTL, MTT1 or MTT2.
